Return Process

We hope you will be satisfied with the products you ordered through Mahfelle. If you are not satisfied, you can return your product(s) within 14 days.

In order to return your products, you are expected to contact us and specify your return request.

Please send us the order number of the order you want to return, the name and surname of the order owner, and the e-mail address where the order was placed via order@mahfelle.com .

You will be returned within 2 working days at the latest, and you will be expected to ship your product/products free of charge with the return shipping code to be given.

Your returned products arrive at the manufacturer's warehouses, they are checked, and if the return is approved, you will receive a return confirmation notification. The amount you paid will be refunded to you within 2-3 business days. Refund payment will be sent to you in the same way with which payment method you completed your order. Returns of orders placed by credit/debit card are returned to credit/debit cards, and orders placed by bank transfer are returned to the same bank account.

Please note that due to varying processing times between payment providers, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

If the return of your products is not approved, the product/products will be sent back to your address free of charge. We would like to point out that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear or has been altered in any way from its original condition.

Return Policy

We recommend that you read the following before receiving and returning the products you ordered in Mahfelle.

  • In order for the product you purchased to be returnable , it must be unworn, unused, unwashed, without tags, torn, in its original packaging, inside and outside packaging and boxes, complete and undamaged.
  • In order to return products such as shavers, razors, shaving brushes, and razors with hygiene sensitivity, the products must be unused and the protection tapes and labels must not be removed.
  • Products with hygiene sensitivity such as masks, underwear, socks are not refundable.
  • Cosmetic products must not be opened or used under any circumstances. The safety tapes must be unopened and the box and promotional papers must not be damaged.
  • The fact that you have sent the products with return shipping does not mean that your return will be approved.
  • If the product does not comply with the return conditions; The relevant product will be sent back to your address free of charge and no refund will be made.

Change Process

We try to provide detailed and transparent product descriptions. However, you may still want to replace your product with another model. Change is very easy in Mahfelle!

You can replace your product with any other product of your choice within 14 days of ordering.

In order to change your product, you are expected to contact us and specify your exchange request.

Please send us the product information you want to change, the order number of the order, the name and surname of the order owner, and the e-mail address where the order was placed via order@mahfelle.com .

You will be contacted within 2 working days at the latest and your change will be approved within the stock. With the return shipping code to be given , you will be expected to ship your product/products free of charge. After the product you want to change reaches the manufacturer's warehouse, it is checked and then shipped to you within the specified shipping time.

Exchange Terms

The Product I Purchased Was Damaged. What can I do?

We are sorry for that. Please send us the product box and the damaged photo of the product via order@mahfelle.com with your order number. In the same e-mail, please also indicate whether you want to return or exchange the product.

Our team will contact you as soon as possible.

The products in the package that reached me with my order are not the same. What should I do?

We do our best to prevent such mistakes from happening.

If there is a wrong product/missing product in your order, the cargo responsibility of the products to be sent to you belongs to Mahfelle. No fee is charged from you.
