Order Steps

Open User Account

When you open a user account in Mahfelle, your advantageous journey begins with the first shopping discount.

When you open a user account, you gain 10% discount with the discount coupon that will be sent to you on your first or desired shopping. In addition, you will be notified when a new product arrives or when a discount starts. Membership is free. You can close your user account at any time . Opening an account is optional.

Select Products and Add to Cart

Add the products you choose from +200 designers at Mahfelle to your cart. You can arrange your cart as you wish before ordering. After adding the products to your cart, click the “View Cart” button or the cart icon on the top right of the page to proceed to the next step.

Specify a Delivery Address

After confirming your cart and clicking the "Go to Checkout" button, you can enter your billing and delivery information.

You will be asked for two different addresses: Billing and delivery address

Your invoice will be sent electronically to your account email based on the billing information you have filled in.

Your orders will be shipped based on the delivery address you specify.

If you want a corporate invoice, you can fill it out by ticking the field under "Corporate Invoice" .

On this page, you are expected to choose the payment method by which you will complete your order.

You can complete your order via credit card / bank transfer . In order to proceed to the payment page and complete your order, you are expected to tick the boxes indicating that you have read and accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement .

Make Payment

You can pay on this page according to the payment method you have specified and complete your order.

At Mahfelle, all your payments are secure with a 256-bit SSL Certificate.

After you make your payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and the shipping process of your order begins.
