The Mahfelle Loyalty Program is a kind of membership program that earns you points as you shop, as well as through various actions such as commenting on the products used, sharing on social media, and inviting friends.

How do I become a member of the Mahfelle Loyalty Program?

To become a member of the Mahfelle Loyalty Program, it is sufficient to create a user account on our Mahfelle shopping site.

Membership in the Mahfelle Loyalty Program is free.
After creating a membership/user account, you can view your current point balance and detailed information about the Loyalty Program in the My Account/My Points section.

How Do I Earn Points?

It's easy to earn points in the Mahfelle Loyalty Program!
  • 5% of your first purchase,
  • 6% of your 2nd purchase,
  • 7% of your 3rd purchase,
  • 4. 8% of your purchase,
  • 10% of your 5th and subsequent purchases are instantly credited to your account as points after order confirmation.
  • Every month, a balance of 50 TL is added to your account as a Mahfelle membership gift. (Use period is 30 days.)
  • When you invite your friend , 50 TL points are instantly added to your and your friend's account.
  • 10% points from the first order and 15% points from the second order of the friend you invite are instantly credited to your account.
  • On your birthday, 75 TL will be instantly loaded into your account from Mahfelle. (You can use it within 5 days.)
NOTE: Mahfelle reserves the right to change the terms of the Loyalty Program at any time.

How Do I Convert My Points to Discounts?

It is very easy to shop with your Mahfelle Loyalty Program points at a discount.
You can use your points as a discount on your purchases of 100 TL or more.
If your cart is over the minimum amount of 100 TL and you have points in your points balance, the system will automatically apply a discount after clicking the "Select Using Points Option" warning in the basket and clicking the "Apply" button.
Loyalty Program Spending Rules:
  • If your basket amount is between 100 TL and 499 TL , you can shop with a discount of 10% of your basket amount. (according to your existing point balance)
  • If your basket amount is between 500 TL - 999 TL , you can shop with a discount of 12% of your basket amount. (according to your existing point balance)
  • If your basket amount is between 1000 TL and 2999 TL , you can shop with a discount of 15% of your basket amount. (according to your existing point balance)
  • If your basket amount is between 3000 TL - 4999 TL , you can shop at a discount of 17% of your basket amount. (according to your existing point balance)
  • If your basket amount is 5 000 TL or more , you can shop with your existing points at a discount of 20% of the basket amount.
NOTE: Mahfelle reserves the right to change the terms of the Loyalty Program at any time. Mahfelle has the right to make changes to the Loyalty Program and to stop this program at any time, if it deems necessary. During the campaign periods, the ability to use points in addition to the current discounts varies according to the conditions of the period. In some periods, additional points are closed systematically, and in some periods, the usage rate can be changed.

  • I have points in my account, how do I use it?

After logging in with your member account and adding the products you will buy to your cart, if your cart is above the minimum point usage limit, you will see a warning in the cart as "Set the Points Usage Option". Here, you will be shown the points you can use for the relevant basket amount, and if you wish, you can select it and click "Apply" to shop at a discount.

  • Do I have to pay an additional fee to earn points?

No. Creating an account or earning points is completely free. After activating your account, you can access the necessary information in the My Account/My Points section.

  • How long does it take for points to load into my account?

All the points you earn are instantly credited to your account. The system is automatic, there is no manual intervention. If you think there is a problem, you can contact us.

  • Do my points have an expiration date?

Points are renewed twice a year. In other words, your points reset in June in the middle of the year and in December at the end of the year. This will be emailed to you in advance. The usage period of the points uploaded to your account on your birthday is 5 days. The usage period of the monthly uploaded points is 30 days.

  • What happens to my earned points when I return a product?

In return transactions, the points uploaded to your account from your shopping will be deleted and will not be restored.

  • What should I do if I don't want to be notified about the Mahfelle Loyalty Program?

Loyalty program notifications only notify you by email when changes are made to your account. For example: you have earned points or you have no points left, or your point is expiring today. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, you can click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the sent e-mail. In this case, no further e-mail will be sent to you.
