You have completed your order in Mahfelle. So what's next?

After ordering in Mahfelle, you will be informed in 2 stages.

  1. Your Order Confirmed
  2. Your Order Has Been Shipped

Cargo Companies and Shipping Process

In Mahfelle, order cargoes are sent with the cargo companies determined by the designers. Generally, Yurtiçi Cargo, Mng Cargo, Aras Cargo, breakable items are sometimes sent with UPS, while courier companies may vary according to product type and size. This is at the discretion of our designers.

The time during which the products will be shipped is specifically indicated on each product page. If you need shipping in less than the specified time, contact us now: info@mahfelle.com

1) Your Order Confirmed

It means that your order is confirmed by us immediately after you place the order, along with the payment. In this case, you will be sent an e-mail with the subject "We Have Received Your Order Number". Here you will find your order product details, product quantities, total amount you paid, invoice and delivery information. If you think there is an error in this information, write to us immediately: info@mahfelle.com

If you have completed your order by bank transfer, your order will reach us but the payment status will appear as pending. After the relevant amount reaches our bank accounts, the shipping process of your order begins.

If you are having trouble receiving our emails, please check your spam/spam box. Your order information will be sent to you via order@mahfelle.com . If you haven't received the order confirmation email, we ask that you log into your account first and make sure you have entered the correct address.

Shipping Process of Orders

The shipping times of the products are clearly indicated on the page of each product.

If you have completed your order by money order , the shipping process starts on the same day for the orders whose payment is approved until 14.00 on weekdays. If later approved, the following day begins. The shipping process of orders received on public holidays and on weekends starts on the next business day.

The products you buy from different brands are delivered to you in different packages with different cargo tracking numbers.

If you are having trouble receiving our emails, please make sure to check your spam/spam box. Your order information will be sent to you from the " order@mahfelle.com " e-mail address. If you have not received the order confirmation email, you can contact us after logging into your account and making sure you have entered the correct address.

2) Your Order Has Been Shipped

After your order has been shipped, an e-mail with the subject "Your Order Has Been Shipped" will be sent to you.

This e-mail contains your order details, the shipping company to which it was sent and the tracking number.
