Shipping and Returns Policy

Delivery Times and Shipping Fees

Order lead times on the product page differ for each product and designer.

The specified delivery date is an estimate and is the package delivery date of the carrier company after the order preparation time and shipping.

Please note that preparation and shipping times may vary outside of our control, such as public holidays and peak campaign periods.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an information mail containing the cargo tracking number to your member/order e-mail address.

Orders Within Turkey

Orders received from within Turkey are shipped to you within the time specified on the product page, under the control and guarantee of Mahfelle, with the secure cargo companies determined by the designers.

For orders received from within Turkey, shipping is free of charge for purchases of 300 TL or more, and 30 TL for 300 TL or less.

When your order is delivered to the cargo within the specified time, the cargo tracking number is shared with you via your member e-mail address.

International Orders

International orders received outside of Turkey are prepared within the time specified on the product page and sent by DHL Express or FedEx cargo.

For international shipments, shipping charges vary by region and are calculated on the payment page based on the delivery address specified.

Estimated delivery times for orders are 1-5 business days for DHL Express and 7-14 business days for FedEx.

When your order is delivered to the cargo within the specified time, the cargo tracking number is shared with you via your member e-mail address.

For international shipments, a shipment may be subject to import duties or local taxes (including VAT) incurred when it reaches your country of destination. Mahfelle is not responsible for these charges if these taxes apply and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Pickup from Mahfelle (From Warehouse)

If you wish, you can receive your order directly from Mahfelle. Pickup option from Mahfelle is currently only available for Ankara.

If you specify your address as Ankara during the order, you will see two options: standard cargo and delivery from Mahfelle.

If you proceed with the delivery option from Mahfelle, your order will be prepared within the specified time and then ready for delivery.

When your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email confirming that you can receive your package.

After this notification e-mail, you can receive your order directly from Mahfelle between 09.00 and 18.00 on weekdays.

How do I check the status of my order?

Orders are confirmed after payment is received. The preparation time for orders placed by bank transfer starts after the payment is transferred to our accounts.

The preparation time for your order differs for each product / designer and is indicated on the product pages.

After your order is prepared, it is delivered to the cargo under the control and guarantee of Mahfelle, through secure cargo companies determined by the designers.

When your order is shipped, an information mail with cargo tracking information is sent to your member/order e-mail.

Returns Within 14 Days

Orders Within Turkey

You can return the product/products in your order unconditionally and free of charge within 14 days.

International Orders

Unfortunately we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for addresses outside of Turkey at this time. We apologize for this situation!
